How our fees work?

At Festivo, we aim to offer transparent and fair pricing for all organizers. Our platform charges a service fee on paid ticket sales to cover payment processing, support, and continued improvements to the product.

Free events are 100% free — no platform fee, no payout fee, and no processing. You can collect registrations with no charges at all.

Paid event fee structure

• 01 – 1000 BDT: 10% fee per ticket (minimum 20 BDT)
• 1,001 – 2,000 BDT: 9% fee per ticket (minimum 100 BDT)
• 2,001+ BDT: 7% fee per ticket (minimum 180 BDT)

The platform fee is added to the ticket price and paid by the attendee at checkout. It is automatically deducted at the time of sale and is non-refundable, even if you choose to refund the attendee.

Withdrawal & disbursement policy

• Organizers can request a payout 7 days after start collection payment.
• Disbursement is handled via SSLCommerz or other third-party payment partners.
• A 2.5% to 3.5% withdrawal processing fee applies, depending on the payout partner’s policy.
• Platform and withdrawal fees are non-refundable.
