Where to find your ticket

Once you complete a ticket purchase on Festivo:

  • Log in and go to “My Tickets” in your profile
  • View or download your ticket anytime from there
  • We also email the ticket to your registered email address

Didn’t receive your ticket email?

If you don’t see your ticket in your inbox:

  • Check spam, junk, or promotions folders
  • Search for “Festivo” or your event name
  • You can always download the ticket from My Tickets

Problems at the event gate?

If your QR code won’t scan or your name isn’t on the list:

  • Show your ticket QR or email confirmation to event staff
  • Have a valid ID ready if needed for verification
  • Staff can verify you with the organizer using your ticket ID

Need to change ticket info?

If you need to update your ticket details (like name or email), contact the event organizer directly. Festivo cannot edit tickets once issued unless authorized by the organizer.

Want a refund or cancellation?

Check our Refund Policy to see if your ticket is eligible for a refund based on the organizer’s rules.
