Festivo refund policy

Introduction

At Festivo, we value your satisfaction and trust. This Refund Policy outlines how ticket refunds are handled. By purchasing a ticket through Festivo, you agree to the terms described below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.

Event Postponement: Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund.

Change of Venue: Tickets remain valid for the new location. If you cannot attend due to the change, you may be eligible for a refund.

Personal Reasons: Refunds are not provided for personal reasons such as schedule conflicts or illness.

Refund Process

Request Timeline: Email us at contact@festivo.io within 3 days of an event cancellation or venue change.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. It may take additional time for banks or wallets to reflect the refund.

Platform Fees: Please note that Festivo’s platform service fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, including event cancellation or rescheduling.

Organizer Responsibility

If ticket funds have already been disbursed to the organizer, they are responsible for issuing refunds to buyers. Festivo will coordinate with organizers if needed.

Event Cancellation

We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders via email or other contact details provided at the time of purchase.

If you would like a refund for a canceled event, follow the process outlined above in Section 3.
